PERSONAL SUPPORT: We understand that a workplace can’t be fruitful without healthy and happy people. Himalayan Trails provides ample benefits for our Team’s health and well-being inside and outside the company. Also the welfare of the Porters, they are the main backbone of the company and trekking tours.

Thus, we not only care about our staff! We care also about the environment, Sustainable tourism, and Minimal-impact tourism (MIT).  Himalayan Trails Trekking & Climbing is a Kathmandu Environmental Educational Project (KEEP) member. We work for many different environmental sectors like Tree planting, and cleaning of campaigns every year. Likewise, during the devastating earthquake in 2015, we helped and cared for all of our staff, and also helped in remote villages’ emergency shelters and food etc.

Similarly, We build a school in a remote village in Dolakha  Sailung and also help the food and clothing in the orphans’ houses and schools. In the future, we will continue to help and sake hand in hand with each other for better company and walk together.
